Description
PNR 12 Penetrometer and Texture Tester measures material resistance for applications in testing consistency and plasticity in materials, such as creams, pastes, semi-solids, or viscous materials. The shape of the penetrator will be dictated by the material; a needle-like (pointed) penetrator is ideal for hard tester materials.
